Service Agreement

By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms. All projects are governed by a detailed contract outlining scope, fees (hourly or fixed), payment schedule (deposit, milestone, final), and cancellation policy. Clients own all intellectual property upon full payment; we retain portfolio rights.

• Proposals valid for 30 days
• Change orders require written approval
• Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly interest

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for consequential damages. Force majeure events are exempt.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with JAMS rules. The prevailing party recovers costs. This agreement is governed by the laws of State X.

Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and specifications are our intellectual property until full payment. Clients receive a license for the project. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Privacy and Data

Data collection and use are governed by our Privacy Policy. You consent to receive communications related to your project.
